New way to get fit quick and easy
I've found a simple way to restore general overall physical condition called "priming." It involves doing 5 to 10 push ups and 15 crunches every morning and evening. The workout is quick so there is no excuse as far as having enough time is concerned. The workout is easy as most people without a medical or physical handicap can perform the workout. Is it a workout? Not really, so I call it priming. Like a cup of coffee, the "workout" is meant to be a catalyst to actually doing a workout. and when push comes to shove and you don't have time to actually do a workout then at least you've done your two priming workouts. Yes, it does work. The priming motivated me to do 200 push ups today and I ran 4 miles, which I otherwise might have felt too lethargic to do had it not been for the priming workouts!
